To ensure these treasured recipes and the legacy of her kitchen are preserved, this collection has been compiled and put together by her daughter, Shweta Shenoy. It serves as a bridge between generations, sharing the comforting, time-honored dishes of the Konkan coast so they can continue to bring family and friends together around the dinner table.
